IMPORTANT: By following the guidelines listed below to ensure your files are output-ready, you can help us produce the quality print jobs you want, while saving you time and money!
1— We prefer files either be press-quality PDF or EPS files but can accept files from Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, QuarkXPress or Freehand. Please include all fonts (screen and print) and linked images used in your design.
2— Make certain that your document is set to the correct size for your design and remove all unused elements and hidden items from your file.
3— Verify that all photo images are at least 300 DPI at their final print size.
4— Please ensure that all images, text and graphics are in either CMYK or PMS spot colors, depending upon the color setup of your file.
5— If any elements in your design extend past the edge of the document (bleed) ensure that it extends at least 1/8" past the trimmed edge of the document.
